Colourful Rajasthan

Rajasthan is a state located in the northwest region of India. It is the largest state in India by area, covering an area of 342,239 square kilometers. The capital city of Rajasthan is Jaipur. Rajasthan is known for its rich cultural heritage, historical monuments, colorful festivals, and vibrant lifestyle. It is also famous for its desert landscapes, which attract tourists from all over the world. Some of the major tourist attractions in Rajasthan include the Hawa Mahal, Amber Fort, Jantar Mantar, City Palace, Lake Pichola, and the Thar Desert. The state is also known for its traditional handicrafts, including textiles, pottery, and jewelry. Rajasthan has a rich history and was ruled by various dynasties in the past, including the Rajputs, Mughals, and Marathas.

Tour Overview

Day 1

Delhi Arrival

Arrival at Delhi Intl Airport, after immigration & custom meet your pick up representative with Driver. Transfer to Hotel by A/c Car for check in. Evening at leisure with some local visit. 

First Night Welcome Dinner at Hotel. Overnight at Hotel. 


Day 2

Delhi

Buffet breakfast in coffee shop of the Hotel. Explore the capital city of India & visit India Gate, Qutab Minar, Humayun’s Tomb, Lotus Temple, Gandhi Memorial, Red Fort, Raj Ghat, Jama Masjid in Old Delhi and overview of Parliament & President House. Overnight at Hotel. 

Day 3

Delhi/Agra

Buffet breakfast in coffee shop of the Hotel. Proceed to Agra (210 kms) by A/C Car en-route visit Sikandra (Akbar`s Tomb). Arrive at Agra & check in to Hotel. Later explore the Agra Fort & Taj Mahal, one of the famous monuments of the World & also enlisted in the seven Wonders of the World. Overnight at Hotel. Taj Mahal is closed on every Friday.


Day 4

Agra/Jaipur

Buffet breakfast in coffee shop of the Hotel. Drive for Jaipur (240 kms) en-route visit Fatehpur Sikri (the earliest capital of Mughal kingdom founded by Emperor Akbar). Arrive Jaipur & check in to Hotel. Later visit Jantar – Mantar (Observatory) & Birla Temple. Overnight at Hotel.



Day 5

Jaipur

Buffet breakfast in coffee shop of the Hotel. Explore the City of King – also know as Pink City & visit Hawa Mahal, Jal Mahal, City Palace, Albert Hall Museum & Amber Fort – enjoy Elephant Ride in Amber Fort. Evening free for traditional Shopping. Overnight at Hotel. 


Day 6

Jaipur/Ajmet/Puskar

Breakfast in Hotel. Transfer to Ajmer (135 kms), visit Dargah Hazart Khawaja Moinuddin Hasan Chisty in Ajmer. Later drive to Pushkar (15 kms), arrive & check in to Hotel. Evening at leisure. Pushkar is an ideal place for Camel Cart & Safari. Pushkar is surrounded by Hills on three sides and Sand Dunes on the fourth, Pushkar forms a fascinating location and a befitting backdrop for the annual religious & Cattle Fair (held in November), known as Pushkar Fair. Overnight at Hotel.


Day 7

Pushkar/Udaipur

Morning visit Brahma Temple, Brahm Sarovar & Dunes in Pushkar. Proceed to Udaipur (285 kms). Arrive Udaipur & check in to Hotel. Boat Ride in Lake Pichola. Rest of the time free for own activities in City of Lakes & local visit. Overnight at Hotel.


Day 8 & 9

Udaipur /Ranakpur / Jodhpur

Buffet breakfast in coffee shop of the Hotel. Explore the city of Lake & visit City Palace, Saheliyon ki Bari, Fateh Prakash Palace, Lake Palace & Jagdish Temple. Overnight at Hotel. 


Buffet breakfast in coffee shop of the Hotel. Proceed to Jodhpur (290 kms) by A/C Car. En-route visit Ranakpur Jain Temple. The Temple boasts of four subsidiary shrines, 24 pillared halls and 80 domes standing on the support of nearly 400 columns (the total number of columns in the temple complex, however, is much larger, around 1444). Arrive Jodhpur & check in to Hotel. Overnight at Hotel. 



Day 10 & 11

Jodhpur / Jaisalmer

Morning after breakfast visit Mehrangarh Fort, Umaid Bhawan Palace, Jaswant Thana, Mahamandir Temple, Moti Mahal, Govt Museum, Sardar Market & Clock Tower. Jodhpur is quite popular for local Rajasthani Food & spice. Later in afternoon move to Jaisalmer (285 kms). Arrive & check in to Hotel. Overnight at Hotel. 


Buffet breakfast in coffee shop of the Hotel. Explore Jaisalmer city & visit Jaisalmer Fort / Golden Fort, Patwon ki Haveli, Tazia Tower, Gadisar Lake & Jain Temple. This city is known as Golden City of Rajasthan. Evening free at leisure activities to know the culture of Rajasthan, one of the most cultural City of Rajasthan. Overnight at Hotel. 



Day 12

Jaisalmer/ Bikaner

After breakfast proceed to Bikaner (335 kms) by A/C Car. Arrive Bikaner & check in to Hotel. This Royal walled City is a part of the Desert Tourist Triangle. Visit Junagarh Fort, Lalgarh Palace, The Ganga Museum, Camel Breeding farms & Devi Kund. Camel Cart. Overnight at Hotel. 


Day 13

Bikaner / Mandawa

Buffet breakfast in coffee shop of the Hotel. Proceed to Mandawa (200 kms) en-route visit Fatehpur (175 kms). Fatehpur was established in 1451 as a capital for Muslim nawabs but was taken by the Shekhawat Rajputs in the 18th century. Some of the attractions include the Mahavir Prasad Goenka Haveli, Gauri Shankar Haveli, Nand Lal Devra Haveli and Harikrishnan Das Sarogi Haveli apart from a 17th century baoli. 

Arrive Mandawa & check in to Hotel. Later explore a semi region of Shekhawati. Famous for Art & architecture, also known as the “Open Air Art Gallery”. Mandawa Fort, Havelis, Temple & Wells. All these places are famous for Wall Painting & erotic Art. Overnight at Hotel.


Day 14

Mandawa/ Delhi

Buffet breakfast in coffee shop of the Hotel. Day free till departure. Later as per schedule time transfer to Delhi (265 kms) Airport to board in Flight for Hometown. Farewell with Indian delicious Lunch. Tour Ends.
