Tall heads and extravagant expenses are the only surviving memories of this Texan town from the 1980s TV film. Dallas does have a lot of shopping, and the upper crust can be seen on uptown play and McKinney Ave. Aside from the tropes, you can visit a rodeo, golf, a roller coaster at Six Flags Texas, a Dallas Cowboys soccer game, or the Texas State Fair, the world's second largest, in the fall.
